Conversion Flying

We offer a program tailored for those seeking to convert their valid foreign license to a DGCA-issued (Indian) license. We facilitate a swift and smooth transition of licenses within 10 to 20 days. This course is DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) authorised and prepares you for the DGCA examinations to secure a valid Indian license. Upon completing the course and achieving your converted license, you can be a pilot with lucrative career opportunities within General Indian Aviation or Indian Airlines.

Syllabus Outline

The program covers both multi and single-engine aircraft flying which aligns with the regulations set by the DGCA. It involves dedicated flight training along with expert guidance for theory exams in the subjects of Air Navigation, Meteorology, and Air Regulation. During the Conversion Flying training, you will train to meet flying requirements and sit for Technical Specific exams of the advanced aircrafts Tecnam P2006T and Tecnam P2008JC (or Cessna 172).

Logbook

Personal Flying Logbook original duly completed and EGCA log book entries approved

English Language Proficiency

Adequate competency in the English Language as per ICAO standards

No, you do not have to sit for a DGCA exam to get an Indian license after a conversion flying program if you opt for composite papers and have the technical-specific paper for the required aircraft cleared and valid. In this case, the DGCA paper is considered as passed.
