MAJOR MANJIT RAJAIN

Major Manjit Rajain is the visionary Global Chairman of Tenon Group, a leading private security and integrated facility management (IFM) services provider with a strong presence in India, UK, and Singapore. Since founding Peregrine Guarding in 1995, he has spearheaded the group's evolution into facility management and remote surveillance solutions through Tenon FM and Soteria, respectively. With 29 years of strategic leadership, business acumen, and operational expertise, Major Rajain has driven the group's expansion into new markets, diversification of services, and global growth in security and aviation

In the realm of aviation, where dreams take flight and aspirations touch the skies, there exists a beacon of inspiration in the form of Capt. Karan Mann, the visionary owner of Redbird Flight Training India & Redbird Aviation, Sri Lanka. Over the course of two decades, he accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience that extends beyond the confines of any cockpit, shaping him into a seasoned professional with an unparalleled understanding of the complexities of aviation. Driven by a shared belief in the transformative power of rigorous yet conducive training, our founder's vision is clear: to set a new standard of excellence in aviation education, one that transcends boundaries and redefines what it means to be a proficient pilot.

OUR ACCOUNTABLE MANAGER

CAPTAIN ARUN MANN

Capt. Arun Mann, a seasoned aviation expert and entrepreneur, founded the academy in 2017 with a vision to provide world-class training for young pilots. His own flying career spans over four decades, beginning with the National Cadets Corps (NCC) in 1971. He progressed to become a Flying Instructor at Karnal Flying Club (1990-1996) and later served as Chief Flying Instructor at Karnal Aviation Club (1996-2010) and Garg Aviation (2010). Additionally, he was a faculty member at DGCA India for over 7 years, holding roles such as Flight Operations Inspector and Director of Flying Training. Under his leadership, our academy has become a premier institution for aspiring and experienced pilots.
